Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged at the rates below.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under £35, up to 2kg — £3.49
  • Orders under £35, over 2kg — £4.99
  • Orders over £35 — FREE

Order Processing Time All products are handmade in small batches in Kirriemuir, Scotland. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.

Estimated Delivery Time 3-4 business days after dispatch via Royal Mail tracked service.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at clyne@clynescandles.co.uk and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
